　マンダラバンドのセカンド・アルバムというよりは、デヴィッド・ロールのプロジェクト第２弾といった方が正しい。スタジオ・ミュージシャンの他、バークレイ・ジェームス・ハーベストや１０ＣＣ、ムーディー・ブルース等からゲストを迎えるといった何とも豪華な編成によるマンダラバンドのアルバム。
ここに参加している Paul Young とは、サッド・カフェや後にマイク＆ザ・メカニックスで活躍をしているヴォーカリストの事である。第一期マンダラバンドの転身サッド・カフェは、随分とサウンドがポップになりマンダラバンド・ファンを驚かせたが、Paul Young作の“I Believe”（'77）あたりは抵抗なく聴ける範囲であろう。
　デヴィッド・ロールが以前アルバムジャケットのアートワーク（写真の部分）を手がけたことのあるムーディー・ブルース（『A QUESTION OF BALANCE』1970）は、この録音の時期バンドとしての活動を休止し（1974年〜1978年）、メンバーそれぞれがソロ・プロジェクトに取り組んでいた。 Justin Hayward は John Lodge と共に BLUE JAYS（'75）を発表しているが、シングルカットされた“Blue Guitar”は彼と１０ＣＣ（まだ４人の頃）とで録音した曲で、１０ＣＣ（Stewart＆Gouldman）の1978年のヒット曲“Dreadlock Holiday”（邦題：トロピカル・ラヴ）は Justin Hayward の事を取り上げた曲としても知られている。
